Through my work, I empower expecting mothers and women to build emotional strength, inner balance, and deep self-connection. My approach blends yoga, meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and chakra healing—creating a holistic path to calmness, confidence, and conscious living.

I believe that true wellness begins within. A peaceful mind not only shapes a healthy pregnancy but also builds stronger, more harmonious relationships.

My work focuses on helping women feel grounded, supported, and emotionally secure in their journey.

What truly sets me apart is my authenticity and lived experience. I don’t just guide—I walk the path with the women I support, creating a safe and nurturing space for real transformation.”

With unwavering support from her family—especially her husband and children—Shoba has transformed her passion into a life mission to help women rediscover confidence, inner peace, emotional balance, and self-love.

Through Sukhi Wellness, her vision is to impact thousands of lives through workshops, online sessions, yoga programs, and transformational wellness initiatives that promote self-love, mental well-being, and healthier living.

Apart from her wellness mission, Shoba is also open to contributing as a jury member for school, college, and organizational events, where she brings her perspective on wellness, confidence, and emotional strength to evaluate and inspire participants.
